How Much Does a Magician Cost?
The honest answer is: it depends.
Every event is different, and the investment is based on factors such as the date, location, duration, audience size, and the type of experience you're looking to create.
Most events fall into one of two categories:
Private Shows
Perfect for adult birthdays, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, and house parties.
These interactive performances typically range from $500–$1,000, depending on the length of the show and event details.
Strolling Magic
My most popular service for weddings, cocktail hours, corporate events, networking receptions, country clubs, and private parties.
Guests experience astonishing close-up magic while mingling, creating unforgettable moments and conversations throughout the event.
Most strolling magic engagements range from $500–$2,000, depending on the date, location, and performance duration.
One Show, Two Shows, or Both?
I offer two primary performance styles:
Close-Up / Strolling Magic
Interactive magic performed for small groups at a time as I move throughout the event.
Stand-Up / Feature Show
A larger performance where everyone gathers together for a shared magical experience.
Many clients choose one or the other. Others combine both for maximum impact—strolling magic during cocktails followed by a feature show for the entire group.
What Affects Price?
Several factors determine the final investment:
Event date and day of the week
Location and travel requirements
Performance duration
Number of guests
Level of production required
Sound system requirements
Larger illusions and specialty effects
Additional performers or assistants
In general, the more customized and theatrical the experience, the greater the production value—and the greater the investment.
The best way to get accurate pricing is to tell me a little about your event. I'll recommend the best option.
Strolling / Roving Magic
Your guests experience amazing magic up close in small groups, creating conversation, energy, laughter, and memorable moments throughout the event. Instead of everyone watching from their seats, the magic happens right in their hands and right in front of their eyes. It’s interactive, and perfect for keeping the energy alive during weddings, cocktail hours, receptions, networking events, and social gatherings.

Corporate
Corporate entertainment should feel polished, professional, and genuinely memorable — not cheesy or awkward. This experience is designed to help your guests relax, interact, and actually enjoy the event while reinforcing a fun, high-end atmosphere for your company.
Magic works especially well for:
Cocktail hours
Holiday parties
Networking events
Banquets and galas
Client appreciation events
Trade shows and conventions
Team celebrations and retreats
Guests experience impossible moments right in their own hands, creating natural conversation and breaking the ice between coworkers, clients, and attendees. It keeps energy high during downtime and gives your event something people will still be talking about afterward.
Professional attire, clean humor, and audience-appropriate material are always included. The performance style can be adapted to fit elegant upscale environments, casual company gatherings, or high-energy celebrations.
Typical corporate investments range from strolling close-up magic to full stage presentations and combination packages depending on attendance, timing, travel, and event goals.
