1. Wedding Magic

What wedding entertainment options do you offer?

Kuj Magic specializes in interactive strolling magic for weddings. Bryan mingles with your guests, performing incredible close-up magic and mind-reading in small groups throughout your reception.

Wedding magic is a great way to entertain guests during cocktail hour, between the ceremony and reception, or while the newlyweds are away taking photographs.

The goal is to create shared moments of surprise, laughter, and conversation while keeping your celebration moving naturally.

When is the best time to have a magician at our wedding?

Cocktail hour is almost always the ideal time for wedding magic. Bryan can entertain guests while the wedding party takes photographs, during the transition between the ceremony and reception, or while guests mingle before dinner.

A 90-minute strolling performance is typically the perfect amount of time for a wedding. It gives guests plenty of opportunities to experience the magic without interrupting the flow of the celebration.

How many wedding guests can you entertain?

As a general guideline, Bryan can entertain approximately 100 guests per hour through strolling magic, depending on the event format and the amount of interaction each guest receives.

For weddings, 90 minutes is almost always the recommended performance duration. The goal is to give guests natural opportunities to experience the magic throughout cocktail hour and the reception transition.

For extended performances, Bryan will need brief breaks, typically 5–10 minutes at the top of each hour. These breaks are coordinated around your event schedule.

Can you combine magic with live wedding music?

Yes! In addition to magic, Bryan is also a pianist. Depending on your event needs, you can inquire about combining live piano music with wedding entertainment for a unique experience.

Can you customize magic for our company or involve our CEO or VIP guests?

Absolutely! Corporate entertainment can be customized to incorporate your company, brand, products, messaging, or special guests.

Bryan can work with event planners to involve a CEO, executive, or VIP in a special performance moment. Customized branded magic souvenirs are also available, giving guests a unique keepsake they can take home.

What is the difference between strolling magic and a stage show?

Strolling magic is interactive entertainment performed up close among your guests. Bryan moves throughout the event, performing incredible magic and mentalism for small groups at a time. It's ideal for cocktail hours, networking receptions, dinners, and events where guests are mingling.

A stage show is a shared performance presented from a stage or raised platform, allowing everyone in attendance to watch and experience the entertainment together. While the show may include some larger props and illusions, it is not a traditional Las Vegas-style stage illusion production. Instead, it combines visual magic with a strong emphasis on mind-reading, mentalism, and audience participation.

For many corporate events, booking both services is an excellent option: strolling magic during the cocktail hour followed by a stage show for the entire group.

For weddings, strolling magic is generally the recommended choice, especially during cocktail hour and the transition between ceremony and reception.

3. Private Parties & Shows

Kuj Magic provides interactive magic entertainment for a wide variety of private celebrations, including milestone birthdays, anniversary parties, graduation celebrations, holiday gatherings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, retirement parties, and upscale house parties.

Private performances are especially well suited for groups of approximately 10–15 guests or larger gatherings looking for interactive entertainment.

What private party and house show options are available?

Parlor Show: A more theatrical, polished performance designed for a private audience. It's ideal for living rooms, private venues, and intimate gatherings where guests can sit together and enjoy a shared experience.

4. Pricing, Travel & Logistics

How much does it cost to book Kuj Magic?

Kuj Magic offers straightforward pricing based on the type of entertainment and event.

Current package pricing includes:

• Corporate Show: $2,500

• Strolling Magic: $1,500 for up to 2 hours

• Parlor Show: $800 for 45 minutes

• SafeHouse Show: $600 for 30 minutes

Customized packages and additional performance time may be available depending on your event.

Are there additional fees beyond the listed entertainment prices?

Kuj Magic believes in straightforward pricing. Your quoted entertainment fee covers the agreed performance and services outlined in your booking agreement.

Additional costs may apply for events requiring significant travel, overnight accommodations, destination travel, or customized entertainment requests.

Any applicable travel expenses or additional fees will be discussed and confirmed before booking. There are no surprise charges.

Do you travel to events outside Milwaukee?

Yes! Kuj Magic is based in the Milwaukee area and primarily serves Downtown Milwaukee, Wauwatosa, Brookfield, and Elm Grove.

Bryan is also available for events throughout Southeastern Wisconsin, Green Bay, Kohler, Door County, Lake Geneva, Chicago, Northern Illinois, and select Midwest destinations.

For events farther away, Bryan is willing to travel by air. Kuj Magic has received requests from Minnesota and beyond and is available for destination corporate events, weddings, and private celebrations.

Events outside the primary service area may require a regional travel fee starting at $750. For destinations requiring air travel, travel expenses are calculated based on airfare, lodging, ground transportation, and other applicable travel costs. All travel expenses are confirmed before booking.

What equipment or setup do you need for your performance?

For strolling magic, very little is needed. Bryan performs directly among your guests and does not require a stage, microphone, or special equipment.

For stage and parlor performances, setup requirements depend on the package and venue. Bryan provides his own microphone and sound system for the Corporate Show. A small performance area or raised platform is helpful, along with adequate space for guests to comfortably watch.

For the best strolling experience, standing cocktail receptions and high-top tables work particularly well. Large round dinner tables are generally less conducive to close-up magic.

All setup details can be coordinated with your venue or event planner in advance.

How can we make sure our guests get the most out of the magic?

Magic is best experienced when guests can gather comfortably and interact with Bryan. For strolling performances, cocktail-style settings, standing receptions, and high-top tables create ideal opportunities for guests to participate.

For parlor and stage performances, having a designated performance area with clear sightlines helps everyone enjoy the show.

The best entertainment experiences happen when guests are encouraged to participate, interact, and have fun. Bryan will coordinate with your event planner or host to make sure the performance fits naturally into your event.

How far in advance should I book Kuj Magic?

Popular dates, especially Saturdays, wedding dates, and the November–December corporate holiday season, can book well in advance. We recommend reaching out as early as possible to secure your preferred date.

Last-minute bookings are welcome when availability permits. However, bookings made on short notice may be subject to premium pricing, and payment in full is required to secure the booking.

For standard bookings, your date is secured once your agreement is signed and your 50% deposit is received.

How far in advance do you arrive at an event?

Arrival times depend on the type and scale of the performance.

• Strolling Magic: Bryan typically arrives 30 minutes before the scheduled start.

• Parlor Show: Bryan typically arrives 45 minutes before the performance.

• Larger Stage Performances: Bryan may arrive 2–3 hours early to allow time for setup, sound checks, and coordination with the event team.

If your event has special access or setup requirements, arrival details can be coordinated in advance.

Do you perform outdoors?

Kuj Magic specializes in indoor performances. Outdoor events are generally not accepted because weather, temperature, wind, and lighting conditions can significantly affect the quality and reliability of magic performances.

If your event includes an outdoor component, an indoor performance space must be available as an alternative.

5. Booking & Policies

How do I book Kuj Magic for my event?

Booking Kuj Magic is easy:

1. Submit an inquiry: Visit the Kuj Magic Contact Page and share your event date, location, estimated guest count, and entertainment needs.

2. Check availability: You can also view the Kuj Magic Availability Calendar.

3. Choose your entertainment: Bryan will review your event details and recommend the best performance option.

4. Sign your agreement: You'll receive a digital contract and payment information through HoneyBook.

5. Secure your date: A 50% deposit is required when signing your agreement. The remaining balance is automatically charged one week before your event.

Once your agreement is signed and deposit is received, your date is officially reserved.

What happens if my event schedule changes?

Bryan understands that live events don't always go exactly according to plan. In most cases, he's happy to accommodate reasonable schedule adjustments whenever possible.

However, availability for schedule changes depends on the date and event. During peak weekends and busy event seasons, Bryan may be booked for multiple events in a single day, which can limit flexibility with performance times.

If your schedule changes, please communicate with Kuj Magic as soon as possible. Adjustments to the agreed performance time, duration, or services are subject to availability and may require additional fees.

Bryan works closely with event planners and hosts to keep the entertainment running smoothly while respecting the commitments made to other clients.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Once a booking is confirmed, the date and performance time are reserved exclusively for your event. The 50% deposit is non-refundable because it secures your date and prevents other clients from booking that time.

If you need to reschedule, Bryan will make every reasonable effort to accommodate a new date, subject to availability. If the new date is available, your deposit can be transferred to the rescheduled event.

If an event is canceled, the deposit is retained. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are subject to the full contracted booking amount.
